How long does the buying process take?
Contact us about the property that you would like to buy. We will then put a hold on the property while you begin the process. As soon as you begin to sign all required documents and contracts with us, your land will be marked as “pending.” Your land will be marked as sold after signing all of the paperwork and making the first payment. The whole process takes under 48 hours.
What about closing costs and documentation fees?
We have no closing costs or documentation fees.
I want to buy, now what?
Shoot us an email or give us a call in order to confirm the status of the property in interest. Once the status of the property is confirmed, we will hold your property for you so that you can begin the buying process.
What is a Warranty Deed?
A warranty deed is a deed in which the grantor (seller) guarantees that he or she holds clear title to a piece of real estate and has a right to sell it to the grantee (buyer). The contract and promise between the seller (Easy Landowner) and buyer guarantees rights and distribution ot the Warranty Deed to the buyer within 30 days of the final payment
What forms of payment do you accept? How can I make a payment?
We have an automatic monthly billing system that takes automatic payments every 30 days. You can also send a check the old fashion way.
Will someone be able to help me to locate the property?
All the properties coordinates are located on the property listing page. If you have any further questions on how to locate your property, feel free to call us. We will help you in any way that we can but we will not be able to meet you on site of the property.
Has the property been surveyed or staked? (How can we provide this if they want it?)
If the property has been surveyed or staked the information will be provided within the listing. If you would like to survey the property of interest then we encourage you to do so, but we will not pay for the service to be provided for you.
Do any of these properties have liens on them?
Some may and some may not. However, the buyer will always receive a free and clear title with no liens at the final exchange of the Warranty Deed.
When will you be able to access the land you are purchasing?
Right after all contracts are signed with us you will have access to your land.
What are property tax costs?
All current tax information is clearly written in the property listing and will be current unless stated otherwise within the property description.
How big is the parcel?
The parcel size will be listed within the property listing information.
How may I use my property? Will I be able to hunt? Build upon? Or raise cattle? Have access to utilities?
All information pertaining to the rights in which you have on your property will depend upon how the property is zoned. Zoning information regarding each property is listed on the properties information page. Utility information will also be found within the listing as well.
Can you make early payments or pay off the land entirely without penalty?
Yes, there is no penalty for early, extra payments toward principal or for paying your land off entirely before the end of the contract terms.
I want to build a well, will I be able to?
All information regarding the water systems around the property is provided in the property information page. We don’t purchase property that has failed a perk test, but we cannot guarantee that your property will perk if no perk test has been done. Once your property is paid for in full you may start that process.
I want a septic system, can I get one?
Information regarding the septic system, if any, for the property will be located on the property page. You may start that process once your property is paid in full.
I want to buy more than one property, can I?
